Vital Employee Service Consultancy is the service unit under Christian Family Service Centre. Since 1993, Vital has been providing professional Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) services ranging from employee counselling, employee training & development programmes, critical incident stress management to management consultation for both public and business sectors. Our vision & mission is to actively promote employee’s well-being and add colour to work life!

With many years of experience in employee counselling & training, Vital knows the needs of today’s employees. The role as the market leader of Vital is widely recognized. We were awarded as the winner of the Excellent Employee Service & Wellness Provider by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) in 2014 and we are honored to be the only local EAP service provider with the award. In 2024, Vital has once again been honored with the "Excellent Wellness Provider Award" by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM), in recognition of the outstanding human resource solutions provided by vital.
