Personality

Is having certain personality traits an advantage in the workplace? Have you ever tried to change your personality? Instead of striving to achieve an ideal personality, it's better to recognize the strengths of different personalities and use them at work.

Vital Training Team provides an array of personality assessment tools. These include Enneagram and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®). The program is designed for all employees. By taking personality assessments and applying the personality characteristics through situational practice and group discussions, participants will gain a deeper understanding of diverse personalities and their drives, strengths, weaknesses, and limitations.
