Peer Support

Workplace care culture is a growing concern. Colleagues are vital sources of social support. Regardless of their positions, everyone can support each other. Employees in Hong Kong face various challenges, including risks to mental health. As colleagues, how can we provide support in such situations?


This series covers fundamental principles and essential counseling skills, including Workplace Counseling, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. The courses aim to help colleagues manage their emotions, encourage positive changes, provide techniques for post-accident visits and condolences, as well as Mentoring skills to support new colleagues.
